Morocco Offers Pakistani Students Scholarships: For the 2025–2026 academic year. The Kingdom of Morocco has made 10 fully funded scholarships available to Pakistani students. To attend public universities and other educational establishments in Morocco. ARY News said that the statement was issued by Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Pakistani and AJK people can apply for these scholarships in a number of fields, such as architecture, engineering, management sciences, veterinary sciences, medicine, and more. Opportunities are available for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs, provided that certain eligibility requirements—like age and academic background—are met.
The deadline for online applications is 4:00 PM PST on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
The Criteria for Eligibility
Candidates must be citizens of Pakistan or the AJK and cannot have dual nationalities.
Applicants for undergraduate programs must be no older than 23 and have completed at least 12 years of education (FSc/A-level).
Candidates for master’s degrees should have sixteen years of education, while those pursuing doctorates should have eighteen years of relevant study.
The requirement for a valid USAT or HAT score varies by program level. The outcomes of the tests will determine the shortlist.
Requirements for Language:
Since French is the primary language of instruction in most Moroccan institutions, especially in the domains of science, technology, and economics, a select group of students will enroll in a French language orientation course in 2024–2025, maybe at institutions such as Alliance Française in Pakistan.
Since Arabic is the language of instruction for degrees in Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, and related subjects, applicants must already be proficient in the language.

Students interested in the “Moroccan Govt Scholarship Program” must apply online at scholarship.hec.gov.pk.
Initially, hard copies of documents are not needed. However, those who make the short list must provide pertinent documentation, such as
Transcripts of academic work
- The purpose statement
- Letters of recommendation
- Certificate of medical
- Clearance from police

Prior to applying, students must understand the particular instructions that PMDC has released regarding admissions to international medical institutions.
